 Hey There, welcome to Graceful Imperfections! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Nancy- I am a stay at home mom&wife with a great passion to make things beautiful. Creating, transforming and going out of the ordinary are things i love to do. For as long as I can remember, I've had a fire for the odd and unique things in life. I love finding beauty in the homemade, rusty, natural and colorful things that surround me. I believe in living life to the fullest, loving deeply and learning about what inspires you. Most of all, I believe in graceful imperfection. You have a gift to offer this world and it doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful. 

   The whole blogging thing began last year as something called Twenty-four Hours Till Tomorrow. My initial perspective was a bit confused. I knew I wanted to share my ideas and creativity, but I also knew I wanted to write about my hectic life as an Army wife. Then I was inspired to write about our dream for a stress free life and financial freedom. I spent countless hours trying to characterize my blog. Was it a Family blog? A DIY blog? Perhaps a personal journal about my day to day events? Dealing with a PCS (permanent change of station) I fell into a great amount of pressure. So I decided to place blogging on standby. My thought was, "Ill write when life isn't so damn crazy". Creating, making, sewing, thrifting, loving and living in adventure never stopped. I was doing exactly what I loved to do without my ducks being in a row. I realized life will never be "ideal". I will always have setbacks and I will always keep doing what I love to do. So then It came to me! I wanted my blog to be a place where I can express who I am. Where I can feed my creativity.

    Finally I got back on it, changed the name, and gave it a face-lift. Graceful Imperfections is about my uniqueness. My passions and my wonderful imperfect life. About looking beyond the flaws around you and living lovely. On here you will find daily inspiration for crafts, fashion, thrifting, decor, recipes, entertaining and occasional sneek peeks of whats going on in my world. I look forward in sharing projects that will make our lives a little bit sweeter. Sit down and enjoy the ride!!
